From a small marketer and distributor of pharmaceutical products, aash biotech has grown to become a progressive pharmaceutical company engaged in the development, commercialization and marketing of prescription pharmaceutical products. Product development has continually expanded both on existing and new product lines.

Products are promoted directly through the Company's own expanding sales force in over 10 states. The products are distributed to all 10 states through franchise and wholesale drug companies network. With uninterrupted growth in sales and profits, in addition to expansion to the marketing area, special emphasis has been on new products. Aash biotech's strategy is to build a portfolio of niche specialty products while focusing on under-promoted products by other pharmaceutical firms.

Business strategy

Rather than try to slay the much larger pharmaceutical companies, a ash biotech chartered the tried and proven path of working around or with the industry giants as opposed to competing head on. Much of a ash biotech's success stems from exploiting the crucial operation differences between small and large pharmaceutical companies. In the process, aash biotech has developed one of the most professional and highly motivated sales organizations in the pharmaceutical industry. The principal product development strategy of aash biotech is to reformulate existing pharmaceutical products for the purpose of improving safety, efficacy and patient compliance. This strategy enables the Company to realize an advantage of reducing regulatory risks. In licensing products from other companies is an avenue being pursued in order to further optimize the well established capabilities of the sales organization.

Management and board of directors

Mr.Amitabh Verma ( 40 years) Promoter and Managing Director of the company. He has got nearly 20 years of rich experience exporting Active Pharma Ingredients and finished formulations specially Penicillin Products from reputed names like Cepham Group, Aimil Medicaments, Cebon India Ltd., Rajasthan Antibiotics, Surya Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Technical consultancy for yield improvement of Penicillins. He was 50 percent partner in M/S Asva Exim Private Limited, leading indenters and exporters of bulk drug and finished formulations till March, 2005. Has hands-on experience of Banking, Finance, export policies, procedures and production. Relationships developed over a period of time are based on trust and reliability. He has widely traveled to all parts of the world for development of business. He leads the strategic planning of the Company and pilots the successful implementation of business plans and also heads marketing activities of the group.

Ms.Abha Verma (37 years) is a promoter and full time director of the company She holds a Masters degree in Psychology. She supervises overall administrative matters of the company.

Mr.Narendra Prasad Nigam ( 62 years) A non-executive independent Director of the Company, holds a masters degree in economics .He is a senior banker, and retired from a senior management post in State bank of India . He has an extensive knowledge and experience of industrial finance and banking. His presence on the Board benefits the Company in its financial planning.

Ms.Shashi Verma ( 47 years) A non-executive independent Director of the Company.

Ms.Sargam Bhargava ( 27 years) A non-executive independent Director of the Company.

Ms.Ankita Srivastava ( 20 years) A non-executive independent Director of the Company.
